Hiring: Billing Staff | Surat

Location: Puna Patiya, Surat

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹28,000/month

Experience: 2-5 Years (Hospital Billing)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle OPD/IPD, Emergency, Diagnostic, and Procedure Billing.
  
• Generate bills, receipts, advances, and final settlements.
  
• Collect payments via Cash, UPI, Cards, etc.
  
• Maintain billing records and documentation.
  
• Assist with Mediclaim, TPA, PM-JAY, and Corporate billing.
  
• Coordinate with Doctors, Nursing, Pharmacy, Lab, and other departments for accurate billing.
  
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies.
  
• Address patient billing queries professionally.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
  
• 2-5 years of hospital billing experience.
  
• Knowledge of OPD/IPD billing, cash handling, and payment reconciliation.
  
• Familiarity with Mediclaim, TPA, and PM-JAY processes.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Hospital Billing Software (SSD preferred).
  
• Good communication and attention to detail.
