We are looking for a precise and customer-focused Billing & POS Executive to manage check-out operations, transaction processing, and front-of-house client database entry at our flagship store. Sitting at the final point of store interaction, you will deliver a seamless payment experience while ensuring flawless transaction data capture and CRM input.

The ideal candidate combines accuracy in financial transactions with warm, professional customer etiquette suitable for a luxury atelier environment.

Key Responsibilities

• POS & Transaction Management: Execute smooth cashiering, generate invoices, and handle multiple payment channels accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

• CRM Data Capture: Record and update detailed client information during checkout to build and maintain the brand’s HNW customer database.

• Billing Reconciliation: Maintain accurate daily sales registers, process custom booking advances, and perform end-of-day billing reconciliations with boutique management.

• Customer Interaction: Deliver a warm, courteous, and prompt final interaction at the billing desk to leave a positive lasting impression.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience as a Cashier, POS Specialist, or Billing Executive in retail (luxury or premium apparel preferred).

• Skills: Hands-on experience with modern retail POS systems, basic accounting software, MS Excel, and CRM entry.

• Attributes: Excellent numerical accuracy, trustworthy, courteous communication, and efficient under peak store traffic.

• Remuneration: As per the market standards.
