About the job

M/s Singh Traders is a government contractor and infrastructure development firm undertaking civil construction projects for various government departments across Uttar Pradesh. We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage project billing, planning, quantity estimation, and progress monitoring.

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) Bills, Final Bills, and Contractor Bills as per BOQ, approved drawings, and contract conditions.
2. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimates for civil construction works.
3. Maintain and verify Measurement Books (MBs), site measurements, and quantity reconciliation.
4. Prepare project schedules, work plans, bar charts, and progress reports to monitor project timelines.
5. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and government department officials regarding measurements, billing, and work progress.
6. Monitor actual progress against planned targets and identify delays or deviations.
7. Prepare material consumption statements, quantity reconciliation reports, and cost-related documentation.
