Key responsibilities:

1. Enter and maintain accurate client and company information in internal systems.
2. Prepare, organize, and verify documents required for company registration and compliance filings.
3. Assist with MCA forms, company incorporation documentation, and filing processes.
4. Maintain records of PAN, TAN, GST, DSC, and other company documents.
5. Track pending documents, filing status, and client requirements.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
7. Perform data verification and maintain proper documentation.
