You'll support our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) by answering replies from customers and prospects, booking and confirming meetings, sending reminders, following up with people who missed their call, and making sure warm leads get to the right BDR quickly. You're comfortable working alongside a team that's busy and goal driven, and you're ready to learn new skills like managing your time, staying organized, and communicating clearly by phone, text, and email. To do well in this role, you'll want to be confident, friendly, and positive, even when things get busy. You'll often be the first person a customer talks to after a BDR reaches out, so making a good impression matters. This apprenticeship is also a great way to learn how sales works and build toward a future BDR role at HighLevel. At HighLevel, everyone stays on camera during calls with customers, teammates, and managers.
