About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Actively follow up with existing clients, distributors, and dealers to secure repeat orders, upsell/cross-sell, and maintain strong business relationships.
2. Understand client requirements, address purchase hurdles, and facilitate smooth order processing.
3. Deliver engaging physical and remote/virtual product demonstrations of our entire product portfolio to prospective leads and partners.
4. Explain product features, specifications, applications, and competitive advantages clearly and persuasively.
5. Receive, screen, and organise all incoming inquiries received via Phone, Email, Website, WhatsApp, and Social channels.
6. Accurately route relevant leads and technical inquiries to their respective internal departments (e.g., Technical Support, Field Sales, Accounts, Operations).
7. Log every interaction, follow-up, lead status, and client remark diligently into the CRM system in real time.
8. Ensure high data accuracy and maintain complete visibility across the sales pipeline.
9. Conduct web research and data mining using targeted keywords and industry directories to identify potential leads, dealers, and commercial buyers.
10. Build, clean, and enrich lead databases for cold outreach and marketing campaigns.
11. Assist the core sales and management teams with weekly/monthly reporting on lead conversion rates, inquiry trends, and dealer activity.
