About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update property-related Excel sheets, documents, CRM and website data.
2. Call incoming and existing prospects, understand their property requirements and conduct regular follow-ups.
3. Assign leads to the sales team and track follow-up status and client responses.
4. Search property portals for new property inventory and potential prospects.
5. Coordinate with external property portals for listing updates and related requirements.
6. Maintain accurate records of properties, leads, calls, follow-ups and team updates.
7. Assist with day-to-day back-office and property-related administrative work.

Who can apply

Other requirements

Good spoken Hindi and English and Marathi will be an advantage.

Basic computer and typing skills.

Comfortable making professional phone calls to clients.

Knowledge of Excel and online property portals preferred.

Candidates who can commute conveniently to Malad West will be preferred.

Should be comfortable working on Sundays

Are available to work full-time from the Malad West office.

Are comfortable working Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday as the weekly off.

Have basic knowledge of MS Excel, Internet, Email and WhatsApp.

Have good communication and calling skills.

Are organized, responsible and willing to learn.

Can maintain accurate records and follow up regularly.

Freshers can apply.

Previous experience in real estate, back office, telecalling or CRM will be an advantage.
