Job Description About the Company Redient Security is a fast-scaling cybersecurity startup protecting enterprise SaaS and cloud-native environments. We build high-performance backend systems that process billions of security events daily to ensure resilience, low latency, and global compliance. Role & Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain distributed backend services using Go and Python.
Power our core threat intelligence engine and compliance automation platform.
Optimize API performance and data flow across microservices and Kafka streams.
Handle high-throughput workloads using event-driven architectures.
Collaborate with security teams to build scalable rules engines and anomaly scoring pipelines.
Implement secure authentication, RBAC, and audit logging using OAuth2, JWT, and OpenPolicyAgent.
Deploy infrastructure via Terraform and Helm on AWS and GCP cloud environments.
Manage SRE practices including observability with Prometheus and Grafana.
Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)
Strong programming experience in Go or Python
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC
Data streaming experience with Apache Kafka
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS cloud services
System monitoring and observability using Prometheus
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with OpenPolicyAgent (OPA) or Chaos Mesh
Familiarity with Cybersecurity frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
