Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and server-side services.
2. Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
3. Develop secure, efficient, and high-performance backend solutions.
4. Optimize database performance, queries, and application scalability.
5. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
6. Troubleshoot production issues and implement reliable fixes.
7. Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
8. Participate in software architecture discussions and code reviews.
9. Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of backend systems.
10. Stay updated with modern backend technologies and engineering best practices.
