About the Role : We are looking for a Python Backend Engineer with hands-on Generative AI experience to build scalable backend systems and intelligent applications. Backend Engineering : - Develop and maintain reliable backend services using Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.- Design and implement scalable REST APIs for web and AI-powered applications.- Build modular, maintainable, and secure backend components.- Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end application workflows.- Implement appropriate API authentication and authorization mechanisms.2. Generative AI Development : - Develop production-ready applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).- Integrate models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Hugging Face, or equivalent platforms into backend workflows.- Build multi-step AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.- Develop and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise use cases.- Work with vector storage technologies such as Pinecone and PGVector.- Evaluate application performance and improve response quality, reliability, and latency.3. Database Engineering : - Work with relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.- Design data models and write efficient queries for application workloads.- Optimize database interactions for performance and scalability.4.
