About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day back-office operations and provide client service support.
2. Prepare and maintain client data, statements, reports and records using MS Excel and MS Word.
3. Coordinate with clients for documents, service requests, follow-ups and routine queries.
4. Maintain proper documentation, emails, PDFs and digital records.
5. Track pending client requests, renewals and other operational follow-ups.
6. Learn and operate the software and digital platforms.
7. Provide basic support for presentations, Canva/social media and other office-related digital work whenever required.
8. Coordinate with the team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

We are looking for a responsible, computer-proficient and quick-learning candidate with good communication skills and attention to detail.

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 16,000 /month (only for freshers)
