About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update daily stock/inventory across e-commerce platforms.
2. Process incoming orders and ensure they are packed and dispatched on time.
3. Check orders for the correct product, size, color, quantity, and customer details.
4. Maintain records of orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and shipments.
5. Update order status on marketplaces and internal systems.
6. Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and courier teams for smooth order processing.
7. Monitor pending, failed, delayed, and returned shipments.
8. Identify stock shortages and coordinate restocking and production.
9. Maintain accurate records in Excel and Google Sheets.
10. Handle basic marketplace operations for Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, website orders, etc.
11. Generate daily/weekly reports on orders, stock, dispatches, returns, and cancellations.
12. Ensure proper documentation and accuracy in all operational activities.

MS-Excel Operations

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Basic knowledge of e-commerce order processing and inventory management.

2. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

3. Good communication and coordination skills.

4. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet daily dispatch deadlines.

6. Basic computer knowledge.

7. Previous experience in e-commerce back-office operations is an advantage.

8. Experience: 0–2 years.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 15,500 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,16,000 /year
