About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare daily loan allocation, collection, pending, PTP, Broken PTP, and performance reports.
2. Maintain FOS-wise target-versus-achievement and collection-efficiency reports using Microsoft Excel.
3. Reconcile payment information with allocation and collection data and resolve discrepancies.
4. Clean, organise, and verify bank/NBFC portfolio data using sorting, filtering, and duplicate removal.
5. Coordinate with field executives for daily collection updates and pending-case status.
6. Prepare accurate MIS reports using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
7. Update authorised collection systems and maintain proper supporting documentation.
8. Protect customer information and follow company, client, and applicable RBI recovery guidelines.
This is a full-time, in-office position at Japorigog, Guwahati. Working days are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. ESI and PF will be provided to eligible employees as per applicable rules. Shortlisted candidates must complete an in-person practical Excel test. M.P. Associate does not charge candidates any recruitment fee or security deposit.

1. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates are preferred.

2. At least one year of practical Microsoft Excel, MIS or back-office experience.

3. Banking, NBFC, collections or loan-recovery experience is preferred.

4. Must be willing to work from the Japorigog, Guwahati office.

5. Good communication in Assamese and Hindi with basic English.

6. Candidates who can join early will be preferred.
