Key Responsibilities - Backend Reporting Officer
1) Collect, consolidate, and maintain daily reports from all departments, including Sales, HR, Operations, and other business functions.
2) Monitor departmental activities and ensure that all teams submit their reports accurately and on time.
3) Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
4) Track sales performance, employee productivity, attendance, and departmental progress.
5) Coordinate with department heads to gather updates, verify data, and resolve reporting discrepancies.
6) Analyze departmental reports and highlight key updates, pending tasks, and performance gaps to management.
7) Submit accurate and structured reports to the management team to support decision-making.
8) Maintain proper documentation and ensure all departmental records are organized and up to date.
