B2B EDI Systems Support Specialist, ANZ in Bangalore, भारत

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a B2B EDI Systems Support Specialist to provide internal operational support for electronic data interchange and order-to-cash transactions across APMEA. The role monitors transaction health, performs root-cause analysis, and coordinates resolution with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage B2B error queues, transaction failures and interface exceptions across APMEA
• Investigate E1 sales-order processing issues including order status, holds, confirmations and invoice generation
• Analyse end-to-end transaction flows across E1, OpenText, PacCom and related platforms for root causes
• Coordinate incident resolution with Global B2B Support, ERP Support, IT and regional operations teams
• Support B2B implementations, migrations and post-implementation hypercare activities with validation and testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years hands-on EDI/B2B integration or ERP order-processing support experience
• Demonstrated troubleshooting experience with E1 or comparable ERP order-to-cash environment
• Familiarity with B2B integration platforms such as OpenText, PacCom, or Ariba Network
• Strong understanding of EDI transaction concepts, message flows, and common integration failure patterns
• Ability to analyse transaction payloads, logs, and system data to isolate root causes
• Structured problem-solving approach and strong cross-functional communication skills
