Azure Developer (Power Bi) in Rāniganj, India

8+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture or data engineering, including at least 4 years focused on the Microsoft/Azure data ecosystem

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI semantic model design, including Tabular models, DAX, and dataset performance tuning
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Fabric capacity management, and migration from Power BI Premium capacity
• Experience diagnosing and resolving performance and scalability issues in large, enterprise-scale semantic models, including capacity and query-load analysis
• 3+ years of experience with the broader Azure data ecosystem (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL)
• 2+ years of experience acting as a solution architect on client-facing engagements, including reviewing third-party/vendor-built data models and presenting recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate) is required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field

Experience in consulting or other client-facing advisory roles, ideally in an assessment/audit capacity

Experience with Power BI Premium capacity administration and capacity metrics analysis

Experience with Direct Lake mode, Fabric warehouse/lakehouse design, and OneLake shortcuts

Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Experience evaluating vendor or third-party-delivered BI solutions and documenting findings and remediation plans

Experience presenting technical findings and roadmaps to both large and small audiences, including executive stakeholders
