Eurofins seeks a QA Test Lead with 8-10 years of experience to lead automation testing initiatives for pharmaceutical product testing laboratories. The role involves developing test strategies, mentoring QA engineers, and implementing automated frameworks using C# and Selenium for web and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and schedules for manual and automated testing
• Lead and mentor QA engineers, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks using C#, Selenium, and TypeScript
• Oversee test execution, track results, report defects, and generate detailed metrics and dashboards
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables and process improvement

Requirements

• 8-10 years of QA automation testing experience
• Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and Selenium WebDriver
• Strong SQL and database knowledge for data validation
• Experience with RestSharp or similar libraries for API testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• MCA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Agile/Scrum environment experience and team leadership abilities
