Job Summary:

We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer with strong experience in automation testing, good manual testing knowledge, and a solid understanding of the Banking/Financial Services domain . The candidate must have hands-on experience working with the Q2 Digital Banking Platform / Q2 Integration Framework .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for banking applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Execute manual testing where required.
• Test digital banking workflows and integrations on the Q2 platform .
• Identify, document, and track defects through closure.
• Collaborate with developers, business teams, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in test planning, test case preparation, execution, and reporting.

Mandatory Skills

• 2–4 years of QA/Software Testing experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing .

• Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent .
• API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools .
• Strong Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge .
• Hands-on experience with the Q2 Digital Banking Platform / Q2 Integration Framework .

• Experience in testing banking applications, integrations, and APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Good knowledge of Manual Testing .
• Good understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.

• Experience with CI/CD and version-control tools such as Git.
