Eurofins seeks a QA Test Lead with 8-10 years of experience to lead automation testing efforts for pharmaceutical laboratory information systems. The role involves developing test strategies, mentoring QA engineers, and designing automated test frameworks using C#, Selenium, and API testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and schedules for manual and automated testing
• Lead, mentor, and manage QA engineering team with performance reviews and feedback
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks using C#, Selenium, and related tools
• Implement API and database testing; integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Generate test reports, track defects, and collaborate with developers and product managers

Requirements

• 8-10 years of QA automation and test leadership experience
• Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and Selenium WebDriver for test automation
• Strong SQL and database knowledge for data validation
• Experience with REST API testing using RestSharp or similar libraries
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD
• MCA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience
