Audit and Assurance - Experienced Associate in Gurgaon, भारत

Job Description:

· Perform financial statement audits in accordance with regulatory requirements and firm guidelines, including planning, execution, and reporting.

· Evaluate and assess internal controls and risk management processes to identify areas for improvement.

· Review and test client financial data, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other key financial reports.

· Analyze accounting records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

· Coordinate with senior associates and managers to ensure timely completion of audit engagements.

· Prepare and review audit reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with audit findings and align with regulatory and professional standards.

· Liaise with clients to understand their business operations, identify key risks, and provide value-added recommendations.

· Keep up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues affecting financial reporting and auditing standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance or other relevant field required.

· CA/ACCA/CIA or other relevant certification preferred or working towards.

·

Experience:

· 1–4 years of experience in audit and assurance services with a focus on financial statement audits and internal controls.

· Experience in working with clients across various industries is preferred.

· Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting standards.
