Aternity Subject Matter Expert - Digital Employee Experience in Hyderabad, भारत

Aternity SMEWe are looking for an experienced Aternity SME with strong hands-on expertise in Aternity administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, dashboards, alerts, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX).Key Responsibilities:- Administer and manage the Aternity platform and agents across enterprise endpoints.- Monitor endpoint, application, and user experience performance using Aternity.- Create and maintain Aternity dashboards, reports, KPIs, and alerts.- Troubleshoot Aternity agent, endpoint, application, and performance-related issues.- Analyze DEX data to identify performance trends, anomalies, and recurring issues.- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide recommendations for improving user experience.- Work closely with EUC, Infrastructure, Application, Network, and Service Desk teams for issue resolution.- Support proactive monitoring and continuous improvement of the digital employee https://jobeax.com/link/l8fPEM0a6VZwELRu Skills:- 6+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on Aternity experience.- Expertise in Aternity Administration, Monitoring, Dashboards, Alerts, and Reporting.- Strong understanding of Digital Employee Experience (DEX).- Experience with endpoint and application performance monitoring.- Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills.- Good knowledge of Windows / Enterprise Endpoint environments.- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow is an added advantage.- PowerShell / scripting knowledge is a plus.
