Labcorp seeks an Assistant Data Programmer to join its Data Program team in Bangalore on a rotational shift basis. The role involves executing data programming tasks using Informatica tools, ensuring quality output, investigating technical issues, and supporting team development.
Responsibilities
Execute assigned data programming tasks within turnaround time using Informatica tools like Panther
Perform quality checks and investigate programming or process-related issues to identify root causes
Monitor, track, and manage assigned activities while generating required metrics and reports
Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders while responding to queries promptly
Support training and onboarding of new programmers and mentor team members
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field
Current or prior Labcorp Apprentice experience
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
High attention to detail and focus on quality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
