Responsibilities
Manage receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of pharmaceutical inventory
Lead and train warehouse operators; allocate work and provide direction
Conduct quarterly audits and import entries ensuring regulatory compliance
Maintain security and records for all drug movements, including controlled substances
Resolve operational issues independently and act as subject matter expert
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
6+ years warehouse or inventory management experience
Knowledge of import/export regulations and cGMP standards
Proficiency with inventory control software and data entry systems
Ability to operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, and material handling equipment
Understanding of SOPs, cGMP, and plant safety requirements
