Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of pharmaceutical inventory
• Lead and train warehouse operators; allocate work and provide direction
• Conduct quarterly audits and import entries ensuring regulatory compliance
• Maintain security and records for all drug movements, including controlled substances
• Resolve operational issues independently and act as subject matter expert

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ years warehouse or inventory management experience
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and cGMP standards
• Proficiency with inventory control software and data entry systems
• Ability to operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, and material handling equipment
• Understanding of SOPs, cGMP, and plant safety requirements
