About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Video editing:
1. Edit raw videos on a daily basis - Reels, Shorts, podcasts, YouTube videos.
2. Add subtitles, graphics, sound effects, and branding.
3. Deliver 1 edited video daily without fail.
4. Coordinate with podcast episode editor, get the first cut and get it approved by the guest and sponsor.

B. Social media management:
1. Post 1 video daily on ALL platforms - YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook.
2. Write proper captions, hashtags, and titles.
3. Maintain content calendar.

C. Shoot & production:
1. Be present during ALL shoots - Podcasts, raw videos, office content.
2. Handle camera, lighting, and audio setup.
3. Coordinate with studios for availability and bookings.

D. Growth & coordination:
1. Generate audience engagement - reply to comments, DMs, and increase followers.
2. Coordinate with guests for podcast scheduling and communication.
3. Speak with brands for collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.

Other requirements

A. Required skills:

1. Proficiency in video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

2. Good knowledge of social media trends, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

3. Basic understanding of Canva/Photoshop for thumbnails.

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

5. Should be punctual and available for shoots.

B. Preferred candidate:

1. 1-2 years of experience in editing + social media.

2. Own laptop with editing software is a plus.

3. Interest in podcasts, media, and logistics industry is a bonus.

4. Freshers with a strong editing portfolio can also apply.

5. 12th pass.
