Agilent seeks an Associate Vice President to lead global credit risk management, collections strategy, and accounts receivable optimization across multiple regions. The role drives organizational strategy, process transformation, and working capital performance while managing international teams and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global credit and collections strategy aligned with corporate financial objectives
• Lead international organization across multiple regions, countries, and shared service centers
• Establish global credit policies, governance frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies
• Drive collections improvements, monitor DSO and aging metrics, and oversee customer dispute resolution
• Partner with Treasury and Finance to optimize working capital and lead Order-to-Cash process transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 15+ years progressive experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, or Order-to-Cash functions
• 7+ years leadership experience managing global teams across multiple regions
• Demonstrated success driving working capital improvements and reducing bad debt exposure
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or S/4HANA
• MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
