Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Navi Mumbai (Turbhe)
Experience : 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle real product problems used by sales teams, managers, and operations teams
2. Designing dashboards, data tables, workflows, and system interactions
3. Understand business workflows and user behavior
4. Break down complex flows into simple, usable experiences
5. Identify UX gaps and propose improvements
6. Design clean, scalable interfaces using Figma
7. Build reusable components for: Tables, Forms and Dashboards
8. Maintain consistency across the product
9. Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
10. Review builds and ensure design quality
11. Iterate quickly based on feedback
