Associate Systems Developer role supporting day-to-day operation and maintenance of business automation solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform and RPA technologies. The position focuses on first-level troubleshooting, testing, and minor enhancements with opportunities for skill development under experienced guidance.
Responsibilities
Monitor scheduled automation jobs and troubleshoot failed, terminated or incomplete executions using logs and approved procedures
Restart and recover automation jobs following documented Runbooks and validate successful completion
Create and track incidents/service requests with escalation to L2 support for complex issues
Execute regression testing for patches, upgrades and configuration changes; prepare test data and document results
Develop and modify basic Power Automate workflows and Power Apps components using existing APIs and connectors
Requirements
1-2 years experience in RPA, automation development, application support or software development
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and exposure to Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL
Basic understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, programming/scripting and relational databases
Ability to interpret logs and troubleshoot automation failures using structured procedures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent education and experience
