Our partner is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate – Client Solutions based in India (Remote, US Hours). In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by connecting businesses with industry experts who provide valuable insights and specialized knowledge. You will manage client projects from initial research and expert sourcing through engagement coordination and relationship management. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will use your research, communication, and negotiation skills to identify the right experts for each client need. You will build and nurture relationships with senior professionals while delivering high-quality client service and ensuring timely project execution. Accountabilities: - Project Research and Delivery: Conduct thorough research into industries, markets, and business topics to understand client requirements. Evaluate recommended experts and external profiles to ensure their experience and qualifications align with project objectives. - Expert Sourcing and Recruitment: Independently identify relevant industry professionals and senior executives for client projects. Communicate the value of joining the expert network, assess candidates' expertise through informed conversations, and persuade qualified professionals to participate in relevant engagements. - Expert Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with experts, serving as a reliable point of contact throughout the engagement process. Address questions, provide relevant updates, and communicate clearly about payment cycles and other administrative matters.

- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen client relationships through responsive communication, proactive project updates, regular follow-ups, and consistent delivery of high-quality service. Gather timely feedback and encourage continued platform engagement. - Revenue Generation and Target Achievement: Drive revenue by matching clients with the most relevant experts within required timelines. Take ownership of monthly performance targets while contributing to user acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Continuous Improvement: Apply research, persuasion, and problem-solving skills to overcome sourcing challenges, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain high standards of service and execution. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's or master's degree with a strong academic track record. - Professional Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in expert networks, client servicing, project management, recruitment, customer service, sales development, or similar client-facing roles. Previous experience managing revenue-based quotas or performance targets is essential. - Industry Knowledge: Experience in expert networks, consulting, market research, or recruitment is preferred. - Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct effective industry research, identify relevant professionals, assess expertise, and evaluate candidate suitability against specific client requirements. - Communication and Persuasion: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to conduct cold calls and engage senior- and mid-level professionals. Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities are essential. - Client Service Orientation: A demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service, managing expectations, responding promptly, and building lasting professional relationships.
