About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive IT sales & cybersecurity solution sales across the Mumbai region.
2. Identify, prospect, and acquire new business from enterprises and mid-segment accounts.
3. Manage key accounts, build long-term client relationships, and ensure customer retention.
4. Engage with IT decision-makers to position solutions.
5. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and revenue growth.
6. Work with pre-sales & technical teams for solution demos and proposals.
7. Prepare RFPs, quotations, proposals, and negotiate closures.
8. Track competitor offerings and market trends in IT/security solutions.
9. Work closely with OEM account managers.

1. Any Graduate - MBA/PGDM in sales & marketing (technical background would be an advantage).

2. 1-2 years of proven experience in IT sales/cybersecurity sales/solution sales.

3. Strong B2B sales understanding.

4. Excellent communication & presentation skills.

5. Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player.

6. Skills Required: Lead generation, new customer acquisition, business development with OEMs, and revenue generation, with proven capabilities in the SME segment.
