Responsibilities
Manage GMP documents and records including issuance, retrieval, archival, and disposition
Administer document lifecycle processes from creation through obsolescence and archival
Oversee logbook management, secure bin management, and document storage administration
Execute change control and quality systems processes with impact assessment
Review audit trails, verify metadata, and ensure compliance with enterprise records retention schedules
Requirements
Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Master's in Pharmacy, or MSc with 1-4 years pharmaceutical industry experience
Proficiency in document management and digital applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
Willingness to work shift-based operations as needed
Knowledge of GMP document and record management practices
Familiarity with document lifecycle management and records retention schedules
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot (preferred)
