Responsibilities
Conduct complaint investigations on customer feedback and product complaint records
Evaluate and manage customer feedback records to closure per procedures
Ensure quality and compliance of complaint records with applicable standards
Support controlled document review and approval workflows in system
Manage assigned projects with proactive communication and status tracking
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in pharma, life sciences, or biotechnology
Or Master's degree and 2-4 years in pharma, life sciences, or biotechnology
Quality or manufacturing experience in biotech, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office applications and process management systems
Understanding of quality management systems and applicable manufacturing processes
