Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, coordinate and monitor project activities in alignment with approved project procedures, standards and client requirements.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day project matters, ensuring effective communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
Support project execution throughout the lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, commissioning and delivery phases.
Coordinate and manage internal and external project interfaces across multidisciplinary teams.
Supervise project personnel through subordinate team leaders and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables and performance metrics to ensure successful project execution.
Identify, escalate, and facilitate resolution of project issues that may impact cost, schedule, quality or safety.
Support the Management of Change (MOC) process by assessing impacts, maintaining documentation and coordinating approvals.
Assist in risk identification, assessment and mitigation planning to minimize project exposure and ensure successful delivery.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, budget forecasts and status updates.
Participate in proposal development and may serve as Proposal Manager for medium-sized projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements, company standards, client specifications and regulatory obligations.
