Associate Project Manager role supporting medical information and communications content production at AstraZeneca in Bangalore. Leads cross-functional project delivery across medical, digital, compliance, and creative teams, managing timelines, stakeholder coordination, and governance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and delivery for Medical Information, Digital, Veeva, and Creative initiatives end-to-end
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders; align requirements and translate into actionable delivery plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through review and approval workflows while managing risks and dependencies
• Maintain project documentation, governance, compliance standards, and visibility reporting for leadership
• Facilitate kick-offs, status reviews, and collaborator forums to drive alignment and resolve issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, or Project Management
• 8+ years of project management or delivery coordination experience in Medical Information, Medical Communications, or regulated environments
• End-to-end project development, implementation, and delivery management capabilities
• Experience coordinating medical content, digital, creative, and cross-functional workflows
• Strong understanding of compliance-driven review and approval processes
• Ability to adapt medical and scientific content for diverse audiences
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
