Amgen seeks an Associate PLM Support Analyst to maintain and improve the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, providing L2/L3 technical support, troubleshooting business-critical issues, and coordinating with global teams to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve L2/L3 incidents, performing root-cause analysis and coordination with vendors
Execute proactive maintenance, patching, testing, and upgrades to ensure platform availability
Manage ad-hoc service requests and reporting while juggling multiple priorities
Create and maintain GxP documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes
Engage with product teams to understand system changes and support hypercare activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
3–5 years of experience in engineering, IT, or related domain
Strong understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities and issue triage
Hands-on experience with ENOVIA, DELMIA, or CATIA Report Generator
Experience configuring and supporting GxP applications across engineering and quality functions
Knowledge of software configurations and cross-tenant propagation
