About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Operations & Facility Management:
1. Oversee daily operations of the coworking space
2. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep
3. Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, internet, security, etc.)
4. Manage inventory and supplies
5. Ensure all amenities are functioning smoothly

B. Sales & Business Development:
1. Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, online inquiries)
2. Conduct site tours and effectively pitch workspace solutions
3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals
4. Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets
5. Maintain and track lead conversions
6. Build partnerships and generate referrals

C. Community & Client Management:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for all members
2. Ensure high member satisfaction and retention
3. Resolve client concerns and handle escalations
4. Build a strong, engaging community environment
5. Onboard new clients and explain policies/services

D. Marketing & Branding:
1. Execute local marketing initiatives to generate leads
2. Manage social media platforms and online presence
3. Coordinate with digital marketing teams/agencies
4. Organize events, networking sessions, and community activities
5. Maintain listings on platforms (Google, coworking aggregators, etc.)

E. Billing, Invoicing & Documentation:
1. Generate invoices and ensure timely billing
2. Track payments, follow up on dues, and maintain records
3. Handle agreements, renewals, and documentation
4. Maintain financial reports related to clients and occupancy
5. Coordinate with the accounts team for TDS, GST, and receipts

F. Administration & Compliance:
1. Maintain client records and agreements
2. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements
3. Handle basic reporting (daily/weekly/monthly performance)
4. Support audits and documentation processes
