Associate role supporting U.S. pharmaceutical membership operations at Amgen, including customer eligibility validation, contract alignment, GPO management, and system maintenance across commercial contracting activities.
Responsibilities
Process and validate customer eligibility requests from GPOs, wholesalers, and internal teams
Create and maintain customer records in HCM, GCPS, SAP, and related systems
Review Declaration Forms and customer information for accuracy and contractual compliance
Investigate eligibility disputes and support rebuttal activities with external stakeholders
Generate eligibility reports and monitor membership trends for operational improvement
Requirements
Experience with customer eligibility validation and membership management processes
Proficiency with healthcare reference sources such as HIN, DEA, HIBCC, HRSA, OneKey
Knowledge of healthcare systems including HCM, GCPS, SAP, or similar platforms
Understanding of contract terms, class of trade, and GPO participation structures
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and coordinate across teams
Strong attention to detail and documentation practices for compliance
