Amgen seeks an Associate to support U.S. Medicaid rebate operations, including invoice processing, claim validation, dispute management, and payment reconciliation. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant Medicaid operations.
Responsibilities
Execute Medicaid rebate operations including invoice tracking, conversion, claim processing, and payment package preparation
Perform invoice validation checks for assigned states and support CLD formatting and analysis
Prepare dispute documentation, tracking updates, and evidence files for disputed units and rebate amounts
Maintain accurate trackers, audit trails, and documentation in accordance with SOPs and compliance standards
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities; support system UAT and SOP documentation updates
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy
2–5 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or managed markets operations experience
Strong analytical, documentation, and process execution capabilities
Proficiency with Model N, SAP, Validata, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications
Detail-oriented with ownership, accuracy, and continuous improvement mindset
Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
