Regeneron seeks an Associate Manager for Reporting Analytics & Business Intelligence in Hyderabad to design and maintain advanced dashboards and analytics solutions supporting Global Development initiatives. The role combines technical expertise in data visualization with cross-functional collaboration and guidance of reporting specialists in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced Tableau and Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and analytics
• Build, test, maintain, and optimize reporting workbooks supporting Global Development analytics
• Provide technical guidance and task direction to Reporting Specialist while ensuring quality standards
• Collaborate with onshore teams to identify and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions
• Lead integration of artificial intelligence and Large Language Models into business intelligence reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant experience, or Master's in Data Science/Analytics/Computer Science with 4+ years
• Hands-on expertise with Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
• Experience designing and maintaining dashboards, visualizations, reports, and analytics solutions
• Familiarity with clinical trial operational data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
• Experience integrating Large Language Models in reporting landscapes
• Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business value
