Responsibilities
Create, review, and approve test method transfer and validation protocols and equipment qualification records
Maintain GMP compliance in quality control and stability laboratories
Own change control processes, track corrective actions and quality metrics
Support investigations and critical assessments across laboratory operations
Train junior colleagues and serve on cross-functional audit and safety teams
Requirements
M.Sc. in Microbiology with 8+ years of industrial experience
Technical expertise in change management, risk management, and investigations
Microbiological testing and technical review experience
Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with robust quality systems knowledge
Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (preferred)
