About the job

We are seeking a talented Associate Lawyer ( llb completed with aib). This placement is NOT for the corporate or NOT for a legal firm but for the role of advisor to the promoter and to manage on going cases. It's an independant role. If you are passionate about law and have a strong understanding of legal principles, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. As an Associate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal support and advice the promoter on their cases. You must possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Word, and have a solid grasp of legal drafting, research, and writing. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, should be top-notch. Knowledge of statutory compliances is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
2. Draft legal documents and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
3. Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters to internal stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all company activities.
5. Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including agreements and policies.
6. Represent the promoter in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
7. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.

This is a full time role with timings 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. Monday to Friday. Your reporting will be either at office or in court.
