Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives for AI solutions
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Collaborate with data engineers and technical teams on data mapping and integration needs
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support functional testing, validation, and release activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or related role
Hands-on expertise with Tableau and/or Power BI dashboard development
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and management
Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and data quality practices
Experience supporting user acceptance testing and Agile delivery processes
