1. Handle inbound calls and perform outbound dialling.
2. Engage with customers using approved scripts and disclosure statements.
3. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly communication approach.
4. Verify customer identity and eligibility criteria.
5. Adhere to US compliance standards.
6. Follow client-specific scripts and validation checklists.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,04,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,44,000 - 2,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 1,00,000 /year
