Key Responsibilities
Process assigned insurance transactions.
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain accurate operational records.
Meet defined quality and productivity standards.
Follow documented processing procedures.
Escalate transaction exceptions when necessary.
Support team service-level objectives.
Graduate qualification.
Basic understanding of insurance is desirable.
Strong attention to detail.
Good analytical ability.
Effective communication skills.
Willingness to learn insurance operations.
