Amgen seeks an Associate to design and manage field incentive compensation plans, contests, and analytics. The role involves building financial models, monitoring plan performance, managing data operations, and ensuring compliance in a sales and marketing operations context.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement field incentive compensation plans aligned with brand strategies and sales objectives
Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis to evaluate plan effectiveness and fairness
Create and manage short-term incentive contests and tactical bonus programs for product launches
Develop health check analytics to monitor plan performance and identify anomalies or gaming behaviors
Extract, validate, and manage large datasets; prepare dashboards and monthly/quarterly performance reports for leadership
Requirements
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years IC plan design or operations experience
Strong Excel and SQL proficiency for data analysis and modeling
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex datasets and translate business rules into calculations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Bio/pharmaceutical industry or consulting experience preferred
