Baxter seeks an HR Operations Associate to deliver frontline support to employees and managers globally. The role involves handling HR inquiries, processing Workday transactions, and managing employee data while maintaining service level agreements across rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 HR support via chat, email, and ticketing systems
Process Workday transactions for new hires, job changes, terminations, and transfers
Respond to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, payroll, and time-off
Ensure data accuracy in HRMS and support compliance audits
Triage complex cases and escalate to specialist teams while tracking resolutions
Requirements
Graduate degree in any discipline
6 months to 2 years HR support experience
Proficiency with Workday transactions and ServiceNow ticketing systems
Strong English communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and problem-solving ability
Flexibility to work rotational shifts across regions
