Responsibilities
Manage training curriculum assignments and learning records in the LMS system
Process and implement curriculum modification requests and training plan updates
Coordinate new hire orientation programs and track completion timelines
Ensure data integrity and proper documentation standards for training records
Generate training metrics reports and monitor site compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy with 4-8 years pharmaceutical industry experience
Sterile injectables manufacturing background
Strong GMP and regulatory training compliance knowledge
Technical training delivery skills and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and oral communication abilities
