Amgen seeks an Associate Field Reporting professional to provide technical and operational support for field and leadership reporting dashboards. The role involves developing Tableau dashboards, managing reporting operations, validating data quality, and collaborating across business and technical teams in a Jira-based agile environment.
Responsibilities
Build and enhance Tableau dashboards with approved requirements, KPIs, filters, and user-facing features
Execute test and production refreshes, monitor report availability, and investigate issues within service levels
Validate dashboard outputs against business rules and perform quality checks across calculations and access controls
Support assessment of reporting requests, clarify business objectives, and contribute to technical designs and documentation
Maintain Jira tickets, participate in sprint activities, and coordinate cross-functional delivery with business and technical partners
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 1-3 years in business intelligence, analytics, or commercial reporting
Hands-on experience developing and supporting Tableau dashboards
SQL query writing and data reconciliation skills
Understanding of data visualization, dashboard usability, and role-based access controls
Experience with commercial data including sales, targets, and customer engagement metrics
Familiarity with bio/pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
Associate in Field Effectiveness role supporting sales productivity and effectiveness through data analytics and operational execution.
