Associate in Field Effectiveness role supporting sales productivity and effectiveness through data analytics and operational execution. The position bridges data analytics, commercial operations, and field strategy, reporting to Field Excellence leadership while collaborating across analytics, reporting, and field teams.
Responsibilities
Analyze data from Veeva CRM, distribution, claims, and patient services sources to assess reach, engagement, and performance
Support territory alignments, roster updates, targeting cycles, and call-plan execution with operational coordination
Assist with field-force sizing, structure, coverage, and deployment analyses including territory design and workload balance
Execute quality-control checks ensuring analytics and field outputs comply with business rules and engagement requirements
Collaborate with reporting, incentive compensation, and field teams tracking deliverables and maintaining project documentation
Requirements
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years sales analytics or operations experience
SQL query writing and data analysis skills with visualization capability
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Veeva
Familiarity with sales-planning or operations platforms for targeting and alignment
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data-quality assessment ability
Effective written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills
Biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred
