We are building AI-powered systems that augment RM workflows — helping them identify better matches faster , detect member dissatisfaction early , and improve overall service efficiency.

The Associate Product Manager (APM) will help design and launch AI-driven tools that improve RM productivity and customer experience at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to apply AI across the VIP member journey

Translate RM workflows into scalable AI-powered product features

Define product requirements for AI-enabled capabilities

Build tools that assist RMs with Member insights Matchmaking signals Engagement risk detection Conversation summaries Next-best actions

Define metrics to evaluate AI features

Run experiments and iterate based on usage and outcomes

Drive adoption of AI tools within RM workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or Technical Product roles
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving & experience working with data-driven products
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and operations teams
• Experience working on AI or ML-enabled products & Familiarity with LLM-based applications
• Experience in consumer platforms, marketplaces, or CX products
